Generally yes, with one caveat specific to this field. Employers in quantitative work screen on demonstrated ability – exam progress, code, a technical interview – more than on where the transcript came from, and an accredited institution’s degree does not read differently for being earned at a distance.
The caveat is graduate admissions.
