Accelerated Online Financial Planning Degrees (2026)

Accelerated online financial planning programs shorten the calendar, not the curriculum. They use shorter terms and fewer breaks. Reading, analysis, and writing compress. Practica, internships, labs, and courses that run once a year do not. Calling yourself a Certified Financial Planner is illegal unless you hold CFP certification. The degree can satisfy the education requirement if the program is on the CFP Board’s registered list. Confirm that list against the specific catalog year, not a school’s marketing page.

This page is a decision guide, not a ranking. Compare bachelor’s and master’s options, then the careers page for the occupations this CIP actually reaches.
